Such a beautiful piece however it did come kinked. This is by no means a bashing of D.Louise as they’re the best British jewellery brand for long lasting, strong and tarish-free pieces and they’re my favourite. This is the only piece I’ve bought which wasn’t perfect and I have quite a few pieces from D.Louise. The customer service from the team on this were absolutely outstanding and it always is every time. I asked for a gift card instead of a refund so I could purchase different pieces.
