A very beautiful bracelet! But it turned out to be smaller than I expected. I wanted to return it, but the return procedure from Europe was unclear. I ended up keeping it, but I put it on my left hand, which has a slightly thinner wrist. It would be great if the manufacturer made a larger size bracelet.

I absolutely love my bracelet! I have to commend the seamless returns process. I originally ordered another bracelet, but when it arrived I realised it wasn't really what i wanted, so i checked the returns process which was very simple and I returned it the next day. It was received by the company on a Saturday morning and they acknowledged it and set the wheels in motion for a refund, keeping me updated all the time. The refund arrived the next day! I had ordered the bracelet I have now as i returned the other one and I am so glad i did change as this one is perfect for me! I would not hesitate to order more items! Thank you :)
