Stunning bracelet, quality is amazing but the clasp kept open and always lost it on a few occasions, in the end I decided to return. Customer service was great through, very prompt to help and solve the issue immediately.

Purchased plain wave bangle and stone set one,which are beautiful,i love them!Weight and quality is usual D Louise high standard.however i have had to stop wearing them everday,which i really wanted to do as they have come undone so many times im terrified of loosing them.

Absolutely beautiful bangle looks so much more expensive than it is. Had to swop from the smaller one as ordered wrong size amazing customer service, received this one the following day. I would highly recommend not just the bangle but D Louise.

I love the bangle and needed to size up as the S was too snug. I took off one star as the bangle has already fallen off my wrist.

I have a few pieces of DLouise which I love . The wave bangle was a Xmas present from my husband. Sadly the clip / clasp kept popping open . I have now lost it. The bangle itself is beautiful , be careful of the clasp .

Absolutely beautiful. This was a replacement as the first one had a faulty clasp. Customer service was fantastic. I contacted D Louise over the Christmas break and within days I had a replacement. It fits beautifully and also looks really expensive!

A first class service,the bangle was exactly what I wanted but unfortunately too small,so I returned the said item and received a large bangle within a couple of days! Outstanding!! A very good business.

Amazing customer service
Replacement provided for faulty Bangle, excellent customer service.
Beautiful but the clasp opens now and then so a real risk this could be lost when wearing. Fortunately most the time it's come off when I've been able to hear or feel it come off. Clasp needs to be more secure to prevent loss

Bangle was faulty and the customer service first asked for photos, then after sending these requested a video meaning I had to go back and forth to my friend as it was a gift. Not very smooth and won’t be using again.
