Incredible service. The delivery time for a personalised engraving on an item was the best I’ve ever experienced. I wanted to get my mum and future mother in law a special gift/keepsake for our wedding day. I'd have loved for this to have been engraved when it arrived, but we are trying to arrange that. Everything else was perfect as always. The bracelt is dainty abd delicate and suits my daughter well. The bracelet is beautiful and very affordable considering you are able to customise it but I can already see scratches on it despite not wearing any other jewellery on my wrist after a couple of weeks

Beautiful design, a bit sensitive to scratches and with few weeks of wear, I already notice significant scratches. I've only worn this with other bracelets from D.Louise, so I don't know if they like each other ':D Otherwise it's wonderful. This bespoke bracelet was phenomenal.
