You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This cancellation period begins on the day after you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the day you receive the last item.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To cancel your order, you must inform us by a clear statement. You may use our Withdrawl form and submit your withdrawal directly through the button below.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

When we will refund you: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:

• 14 days after the day we receive back the goods from you, or
• (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
• 14 days after the day you inform us of your decision to cancel if no goods were yet dispatched.

Refund method: We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.

Return shipping costs: Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Order not yet shipped

We will cancel and stop the shipment immediately. You will receive a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice. No return required.

Order shipped, not yet received

Please accept the parcel on delivery and then return it to us using the prepaid return label we will provide. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Order received by customer

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. We will send you a return label. Once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In plain terms: you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, if the goods show signs of use beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value from your refund. We will always notify you before making any such deduction.

Please return goods: in their original or equivalent packaging, with all accessories, tags, and documentation included.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings)
