I really love D. Louise. Had my Angel number engraved on this compass necklace. So cute! Their jewellery is so beautiful, great quality while still being affordable. This is my fourth piece of jewelry I’ve purchased. I will continue to build my collection. I’ve also been wearing my items everyday for months. In the shower, with lotions, self tanners, etc, and non have changed colour or tarnished in any way. I can’t recommend this brand enough.

The necklace is gorgeous, and so special to have mine, my husbands and 2 sons initials all in one place. I haven't taken it off since I got it. Product aside though, the customer service was incredibly slow and that would put me off reordering. I ordered the item incorrectly (compass necklace without engraving) and contacted D Louise straight away when I realised this (30/12). I asked them to cancel that order so I could place new order with engraving but was told they couldn't cancel or stop the item going out but would refund it if I sent it back. I received it on 05/01 and sent it back the next day, and then had to chase Customer Service every day for a week to see when my new one would be sent out. Eventually I only got a reply via their instagram, and it was sorted. Received correct item on 17/01..a lengthy process!

I absolutely love this necklace and the fact that I was able to engrave it with my 2 son’s initials! I also have the snake chain necklace for layering! I’ve had so many compliments! I’ve not taken it off since I got it - gym, shower, running etc! Love that it is tarnish proof! An absolute staple now and makes all of my outfits pop!

Super shiny and I really wanted to love it beyond all else! I just can't unsee the slightly off centre engraving, particularly when it's supposed to represent a compass. In terms of wear, have worn in the shower and pendant still seems good, I have high hopes for the necklace too.

The pendant is lovely and great that I could add the engraving. But the chain isn't great. I think a more subtle chain would have looked better and also the pendant gets stuck and doesn't slide easily so always having to readjust
