I purchased this ring prior. It tarnished. The customer service immediately sent a replacement. I love this ring. I have lots of D Louise pieces. None have tarnished. This is rare. I haven't taken off replacement ring. Lovely and shiny no problems with. Fantastic company and customer service. Lovely pieces of jewellery. Look and feel expensive.
Love the simplicity of the ring but I have it 4 stars because it keeps getting caught on my knitwear 😭

The ring is amazing
Very pleased with this ring. It is elegant & attractive. The other reason for purchasing is the promises that it will survive every day wear with hands in water etc without having to take it off or fading in colour.
I don't think my photo really does them justice!! However, absolutely love my bracelet stack and rings. The claw ring was a last minute selection but completes it perfectly!! Everyone who has commented on have had their ear chewed off about how lovely the customer service was!!

Beautiful elegant and cool ring - really pleased with it and can stack it with other rings too. Doesn’t stain the skin at all even after washing hands / shower / swimming etc.
The ring is looks so lovely on, its material is slightly adjustable so it fits perfectly and not worried about it falling off.
Just perfect! Goes with all my gold jewellery and can switch which finger I wear it on to combine looks.
This is the second time I’ve bought from D.Louise. I was looking for a new ring. After having some earrings from here for a few years and not having an allergic reaction to them, it was a no brainer. The ring is really nice on and a good fit and lightweight. Would recommend.
It was disappointing that the ring discoloured after 12 months but am pleased that you fulfilled your ethos and sent me a replacement. Just hope this one doesn't ever fade
