The necklace is so beautiful in real life. It came with a useful pouch too. The lenght could be a bit longer and there should be a little more flexibility in service e.g. adding engraving after placing order if the customer missed to add it before.

This is an absolutely stunning pendant. The engraving is elegant and just beautiful. I have chosen not to wear the pendant with the paper clip chain it came with, but with my 18 carat gold necklace instead. I had a bit of an issue with D.Louise regarding recent orders, but Ashleigh in customer services is a star, and deserves every accolade I can give her. the disk is very nice, the order of the engraving exactly like I wanted, the diamonds around perhaps a litte too discreet and it would be nice to be able to choose a little bolder font. Also it would be nice, if the chain were longer.

Considering I live in Australia, it arrived quite quickly. The plate is thinner than I imagined but I like it. Glad I got the with the sparkle and engraving. I think I’ll now get similar ones for my daughters for Christmas.

Necklace is stunning and engraved beautifully! My only complaint would be that it’s very hard to fasten yourself as there is no larger loop at the opposite end to the catch.
