I ordered a 16.5cm bracelet, not engraved, to check the size. Unfortunately it was a little on the small side so I ordered the 18cm, this was perfect. Even though these bracelets aren’t returnable, once I explained the situation D Louise were amazing. I returned the bracelets, sent confirmation of return and advised which size and engraving I wanted. Within a day the bracelet was in progress and I received it within a couple of days. I also received a very quick refund on the smaller bracelet. The quality is excellent, and the price is amazing. I’m really happy and will definitely be buying from D Louise again. Xx

“The bracelet is truly high quality. Apart from the delivery, which took a bit long for France 🇫🇷 , I’m very satisfied with my jewelry. I would recommend not choosing a size that’s too small. You can fasten the clasp to the links of the bracelet and adjust it if it’s too big.”

The bracelet looks very nice. I like that D.Louise changed the lock a bit, so now it's very easy to fasten it without any help (I have this problem with my Full Beaded Bracelet).

There was a mistake in my order, ie, the engraving was incorrect and this was quickly resolved by the customer service team who generated another order and expedited this to me in time for my nieces 30th birthday!
