Love this. It’s quite minimalist & goes with everything. No tarnishing. I wear it to the beach & everywhere. If it starts to look less shiny I clean it with a soft cloth & it looks brand new.
Customer service is 10/10. My original bracelet tarnished and I wrote to customer service and sent photos and less than a week later I received a new bracelet. However the new bracelet is significantly lesser quality than the one I bought last August. It is lighter in weight, the heart is small and thinner than the previous one and the engraving doesn’t align like my previous one did. I understand this is not a Tiffany bracelet. And if I didn’t already have one, I probably would have thought this was 5 stars but given the quality has decreased but the price hasn’t I’ve given it 3 stars. I really appreciate the great customer service. I just wish the quality was the same as my last D Louise bracelet.

This is one of my fave personalised D Louise pieces. The thickness of the bracelt is amazing meaning I can wear it without the fear of it snapping. The personalisation is such a lovely added touch and makes it stand out, had some lovely comments about it and directed to your website. Waiting for my next piece now as I need another ring to replace my silver and then I'll be all matching. Need another bracelet to match one of the necklaces I have. Have no room left at this rate. I got 3 for 2 + 15% discount due to a review so cheaper than it should have been. Tarnish proof and waterproof but all my jewellery comes off when in the shower/ bath and bed to retain.
